The Retirement Insurance Advisory Service (RIAS) is targeting OAPs online.

The company is to partner inspop.com, an independent insurance website, due to launch to consumers this month.

Managing director David Holden said: “Our customers expect exemplary service, and with inspop.com we will be providing this online.”

The at-home UK epopulation reached 9.2m in March this year and research shows that it is over 50-year-olds who spend the most time surfing the web.
