Primary Group’s commercial MGA enters new agreement
Commercial managing general agency One Commercial has chosen Davies Group to provide the claims service across all lines of business.
Primary Group-owned One Commercial is the latest company to join Davies’s roster of MGA clients, which includes Arista, Imperium and Modus.
Under the deal, Davies will manage all One Commercial claims across property, casualty, motor and niche lines.
Claims will be managed by dedicated One Commercial-branded teams from Davies’s Stoke and Colchester third-party administration hubs.
The claims firm’s national professional services and supply chain teams will support loss adjusting, repair, hire and reinstatement.
A letter to One Commercial’s brokers, seen by Insurance Times, says the new deal with Davies will bring a range of improvements, including a One Commercial-branded service, a wholly-owned and managed claims supply network and flexibility of resource to ensure there is no impact on service during surge events.
Davies Group chief executive Dan Saulter said: “We are very pleased that One Commercial has chosen Davies to support the next phase of its growth.
