Royal & SunAlliance has unveiled a new online service, www.youatwork.co.uk.
The website ( www.youatwork.co.uk. ) offers a range of services for employees, including insurance, discounts on goods and services and employee benefits. It is also designed to help human resource managers by delivering routine administration such as claims forms and answering frequently asked questions.
Youatwork chief executive Gerry Callaghan said: “The scale of it enables all employers to offer reward packages without having to invest in expensive bespoke systems that have, until now, only been available to larger firms.”
Elements of the service have been piloted among 40 of the UK's largest employers.
