The Private Health Partnership (PHP) has appointed Mark Bassett as UK account executive.
Bassett's primary responsibility will be to enhance relationships with existing and potential introducers of PMI business said the company.
Prior to joining PHP, Bassett was northeast and Scotland broker business development manager for First Assist/ Royal & SunAlliance Healthcare division.
PHP managing director, Jan Lawson, said the company was interested in buying the portfolios of specialist PMI firms facing closure in the wake of FSA regulation.
