QuestGates has recruited former Capita major loss director Paul Thomas as regional manager for South Wales and the South West of England.
The appointment follows QuestGates' establishment of a Bristol office, the fourth new office within 12 months, said the company.
Thomas said: “QuestGates is entirely focused on its commercial clients and is committed to providing excellent customer service, and I agree with that ethos 100%”, he said.
“It may not be the large claims management company that many of the biggest adjusting firms have become, but it is a chartered loss adjusting firm with a considerable, and growing, depth of technical expertise.
“We have the resources and the ability to handle claims of any size - I would not have joined the company if I did not believe I could continue to handle major losses.”
