Broker RFIB Group, (formerly Robert Fleming Insurance Brokers), has announced today it will outsource its expense management process to GlobalExpense.
Most of the users will be international brokers who can benefit by submitting expenses any time, anywhere and be paid the next day to any account of their choice, the company said.
David Martin, finance director at RFIB Group, said: “With our old paper-based system it took up to a week for staff to receive a cheque reimbursing expenses. Now expense claims can be paid directly into a bank account of an employee's choice within three days.
“We can now focus on analysing quality management information instead of mundanely producing it.”
