Ricksons Solicitors has appointed Chris Scott to head its commercial litigation division.
Scott was previously a consultant partner at Brabners in Preston. He has been qualified for 20 years as a solicitor, adjudicator and has recently qualified to practice as an insolvency practitioner.
Peter Rickson senior partner at the Preston firm, said: "Chris is well respected within the legal industry and North West business community.
