The Rubicon Corporation has launched a recruitment drive to bring its new Tannochside call centre up to capacity.
Located near Glasgow, the centre provides both inbound telesales and outbound telemarketing capabilities and currently employs 100 people, said Rubicon.
Nick Lerway has been appointed director telesales operations and will take responsibility for the development of Rubicon’s call centres.
The new Tannochside centre will operate in addition to the company’s call centres in Maidstone and Wokingham.
