GE Frankona Re has outsourced its claims service to insurance services provider Rubicon.

Under the deal the field-based claims visitors will transfer to Rubicon.

Rubicon staff will continue to provide a service for GE Frankona Re.

Max Carruthers, joint Rubicon CEO, said: "This is a major step forward in the ongoing development of our client services, and supports our holistic approach to claims management.

"It will greatly accelerate Rubicon's ambition to provide integrated rehabilitation and absence management services, as well as providing a more developed service for our clients."

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
