Founder of The Underwriter Keith Rutter has joined Oxygen Insurance Brokers to write international liability business.
Rutter, who recently left NCG Professional Risks Ltd, is also joined by ex-NCG colleague James Kelly. Both will specialise in bringing business from the Middle East and Australia into Lloyd's and the London Market."
Oxygen Holdings chief executive Nigel Barton said: "I always said that the Oxygen business would be a free-thinking bus.
