Life is full of irony as disaster restoration company Chem Dry discovered when its offices were gutted by fire last week.
The first floor of its headquarters and national control centre building in Beverly, East Yorkshire, suffered fire and smoke damage from a fire started with an electrical fault.
Luckily there was ample expertise on hand to begin a recovery operation.
