Singer & Friedlander Insurance Finance has appointed two new directors to its board.

Bruce Matthews has been made chief operating officer of the company's subsidiaries, including Singer & Friedlander Insurance Finance.

At the same time Heather Findlay, formerly chief accountant at Singer & Friedlander Insurance Finance, has been made finance director.

Singer & Friedlander chief executive Ian Jerrum said: "We have seen our business grow significantly in the last year.

"These two new appointments are, therefore, an important step in giving us the breadth of expertise and experience on our board to ensure we can sustain profitable growth and meet our future business targets.

"With the wealth of experience from Bruce and Heather, combined with the market knowledge of other members of the Board, we are able to provide brokers with strong financial experience - as well as develop a range of products and services that anticipate and respond to market conditions and provide competitive solutions, concludes Jerrum."

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
