Software Solutions Partners (SSP) has announced major changes to the structure of its board of directors.
SSP said David Rasche, founder and chief executive will become executive chairman responsible for corporate strategy, business development and funding for further expansion.
Current chairman, Gren Folwell, will become deputy chairman and senior non–executive director.
The company also announced a new managing director, Laurence Walker, one of the original founders of the company and currently chief operating officer, who will now be responsible for all four operating divisions as well as Sectornet.
At the same time two senior executives, Steve Bow, divisional director of SSP's Insurance Systems Division and David Waring, divisional director of the corporate division, become directors of the company's main trading subsidiary Software Solutions Partners.
David Rasche said: “The new structure will enable us to
continue to expand at the same time as focusing on delivering excellent products and services to all our customers."
