SSP has apologised to brokers after they experienced connection problems on the Pure Broking system earlier today.

It is the latest in a round of connection problems the software house has suffered since the August Bank Holiday.

The company first suffered a major outage on 26 August. Since then brokers have experienced periods of disruption to their system.

Following another one this morning, the software house sent a statement to brokers confirming that the problems had been resolved.

In a statement to brokers today SSP said: “We are pleased to report that the intermittent connectivity issues with Pure Broking that some customers experienced this morning have now been resolved.

“SSP is happy to take calls from customers in the unlikely event that you require any further guidance on access or usage of the system.”
