Steps, a provider of drama-based learning, is to hold a half-day workshop on the behavioural challenges facing today's leaders in the banking and finance communities.

Named "Steps and the City", the workshop will examine the qualities needed by leaders of diverse cross-cultural teams and global workforces.

"Leaders need to understand the behaviours within organisations and how to get the best out of their teams in order to maximise business performance," said Steps director Richard Wilkes.

London-based Steps designs and produces personalised drama-based learning programmes, workshops and interactive theatre productions to highlight specific issues.

The company claims to have pioneered "the use of drama for individual and organisational development". It works with financial companies and professional services firms to deliver training and development events.
