Sterling Insurance Group has appointed Glen Box head of customer services.
Box comes to Sterling from St. Andrews Insurance, part of the HBOS Group, where he held a similar position as head of customer services of the creditor insurance business.
Sterling's managing director, John Blundell, said: "Glen Box's appointment reflects our commitment to continued growth by investing in the operating capabilities of our business. We're delighted that he will be bringing his knowledge, experience and expertise to Sterling as part of this growth strategy."
