With Wimbledon beginning this week, event insurers will be keeping a close eye on the weather forecast for SW19. Backchat, an avid armchair meteorologist, has stuck his finger in the air (and checked the BBC website for good measure) and the chance of a rain-free tournament looks good. It can’t be true.
