SVB Holdings has appointed Risk Welsh to head up its management liability underwriting for Syndicate 1007.
Prior to his appointment, Welsh was financial institutions underwriter for ACE Global Markets, with direct responsibility for financial institutions D&O.
He has more than 14 years experience in the market, said SVB.
