London-listed insurer SVB Holdings has appointed Colin Spreckley to its board with immediate effect.
The integrated Lloyd's vehicle also clarified Spreckley's share ownership within the group.
He owns 6,553,223 ordinary shares of 50p each and 314,124 warrants in the Company.
In addition he has options over 26,837 shares, LTIP awards over 69,794 shares and deferred bonus entitlements to 29,911 shares.
