Lloyd's insurer SVB Holdings has named Matthew Fosh as its new chief executive officer, replacing Rupert Villers.
Fosh was previously head of futures at Garban Securities and is a non-executive director of the Futures and Options Association.
Villers will remain executive director of SVB. He has also been appointed chief underwriting officer of SVB, replacing Colin Spreckley, who is retiring from the board of SVB at the beginning of next year.
