SVB Syndicates, the managing agency SVB Holdings, has appointed John Thirlwell as a non-executive director.
Thirlwell is currently co-chairman of the Operational Risk Research Forum. He also chairs the Financial Services and Insurance Committee of the UK International Chamber of Commerce.
Prior to his current role, Thirlwell was a director of the British Bankers´ Association (BBA), where he had been Director and Head of Risk.
