SVB non-executive director resigns

SVB Holdings non-executive Tom Sullivan has resigned, with effect from 31st December 2003.

Sullivan joined the Board of SVB Holdings in 1998 and had been a director of SVB Holdings Limited since 1996.

SVB said it was grateful for his contribution to the Company over 7 years and wished him well in his retirement.
