But the umbrellas were not needed as the rain luckily stayed away.

The day started with a seminar on customer and service issues from Paul Kennedy, business development consultant at O'Byrne and Kennedy.

The latter half of the day Kennedy hosted a client advisory board, where brokers told of what they thought would add value to the market.
