Whittington Insurance Services has appointed Harry Whitcher as a director.
He also remains compliance and risk manager for Reliance National Insurance Company (Europe) and a member of the Whittington Insurance Management audit committee.
Whitcher joined Whittington in 2004 from the Financial Services Authority where he was a supervisor from 1998.
