Willis has announced that Eric Dinallo, former managing director and head of regulatory affairs at Morgan Stanley, has joined the company as its new general counsel.
In his role, Dinallo will be responsible for Willis' legal and regulatory affairs globally.
Dinallo succeeds William P. Bowden Jr., who is retiring from the brokerage next month.
