Willis said it has strengthened its professional risks practice with a series of senior appointments.
Roland Avery, previously chief operating officer, and Duncan Holmes and Chris Root, previously executive directors of Aon's London-based professional risks division, have joined Willis Professional Risks.
Avery joins Willis as managing director of global markets with responsibility for the professional risks division.
Holmes and Root, who have both been appointed directors of global markets, will both join the management team of the professional risks division.
