Crystal ball gazers RIAS managed to sucessfuly pre-empt Alistair Darling’s budget with a very special offer.

“With a hefty tax increase on alcohol in this month’s Budget, wine lovers can also take advantage of the exclusive spring pre-Budget bin-ends sale,” RIAS said days before the Chancellor spoke.
