Arch Insurance has announced the creation of its marine underwriting division with the appointment of William Beveridge.
Arch Europe said Beveridge would join the company in January 2005 as underwriting manager, initially writing marine hull and associated risks.
The company said his appointment signaled the next phase of its expansion strategy.
