Insurance group receives award at global summit
Aviva has been recognised for its international diversity programmes at the World Diversity Leadership Summit.
The judging panel singled out the company’s approach to refreshing its diversity strategy, which started in 2005 with a call to action for senior business managers internationally to develop business objectives and plans on diversity.
Richard Harvey, Aviva’s group chief executive, was presented with the Global Diversity and Innovation award at the UN headquarters in New York.
The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
