BIB Underwriters is moving its Farmcare Combined insurance contract to AXA from June 1.
The two companies have joined forces to grow the account.
BIB will gain access to AXA Insurance North region broker network and its support in marketing the contract.
BIB managing director David Carter said: "While there will be no changes initially to policy wording or cover, this new deal will enable us to totally revamp and improve the policy cover provider for this niche market."
