Affinity Solutions has announced the appointment of Peter Friend as chairman.
Friend joins the consultancy from Aon's affinity division, where he was chairman and managing director.
He has been involved in the development of insurance schemes such as Age Concern, Post Office, MOD and Marks & Spencer.
Friend said: “Affinity schemes are long-term strategic ventures and, especially now, providers and brand owners need the best advice to ensure long-term business success.
