Business process outsourcing firm Liberata has appointed Chris Jackson as managing director of its financial services business.
Liberata's clients include Barclays, AXA, Norwich Union, Zurich and JP Morgan.
At the same time as Jackson's appointment, the financial services business has been reorganised to include life, pensions and investment clients, general insurance and a corporate pensions capability, said the company.
Jackson joined Liberata in November 2003 from financial services consulting firm Winchester White.
