‘He is the right person to lead the next phase of our commercial and delegated authority strategy,’ says chief executive
Bspoke Group has appointed Wayne Tonge as managing director of commercial and delegated authority as the business looks to further align its underwriting operations.

The appointment, which is subject to regulatory approval, sees Tonge take on the newly created role alongside his existing responsibilities as managing director of commercial and managing director of Miramar Underwriting.
According to Bspoke, the move forms part of its long-term growth strategy, bringing together its commercial and delegated authority businesses to create a more integrated proposition for brokers, partners and capacity providers.
Ryan Gill, chief executive at Bspoke Group, said: “Tonge has played a key role in the growth of our commercial division and is the right person to lead the next phase of our commercial and delegated authority strategy.”
Growth strategy
In his expanded role, Tonge will oversee the continued development of Bspoke’s commercial and delegated authority businesses, with a focus on strengthening market relationships, improving the trading experience for brokers and identifying new growth opportunities.
