Why do you think you were nominated for Personal Lines Insurer of the Year?
We’re a customer-focused business and strive to provide the best service and protect the things our customers love the most.
Our people demonstrate how we put customers at the heart of what we do every day, and I believe our passion and determination to be the best shines through.
Offering great value products that provide the right level of cover is also crucial to help protect customers and our people continue to look at ways to drive the best outcomes for the business and our customers.
What do you think makes you stand out as a Personal Lines insurer this year?
We care and are passionate about being there for our customers.
Whether that’s for exciting milestones such as a new car, home or precious item to insure, or should the worst happen.
We were the only insurer to get our people on the ground at Luton airport following the major fire incident and our customer first approach sets us apart.
We do it because it’s the right thing to do and our strength in data, analytics, machine learning and claims experience ensures we can provide excellent service, price and attract and retain customers.
We’re also a people and values led business where we empower our people to make the right decisions.
What would winning this award mean to you and your firm?
Winning an accolade that demonstrates being the best in the market is a great honour, incredibly rewarding and reaffirms that our mission to provide the best service, products and value is working.
This is an incredibly competitive sector, so I’d be thrilled for us to win and bring the award home to our people who work so hard each and every day to deliver the very best service.
We want Allianz and LV= to be the number one insurer of choice and winning this award would help demonstrate how we’re on the road to achieving that.
