MGA Alps has promoted Martin Green as its new head of business development.

Joining Alps in May 2024 as compliance officer, Green was appointed to a sales manager position just 10 months later.
Alps said that the new role reflects his ability to build ”strong partnerships with brokers based on mutual success and the delivery of outstanding products and service”.
People-led growth
Commenting on the promotion, Michelle O’Reilly, managing director at Alps, said: “Our ambition is to become the UK’s leading add-on provider, delivering brokers with additional revenue and enhanced customer retention through innovative, outcomes-driven products and superior service.
