‘Appointments of this calibre will certainly help us to execute our growth strategy,’ says chief executive
BMS Group has launched a new accident and health (A&H) division in London, supported by five hires.

The independent broker stated that the establishment of a dedicated A&H team would complement its existing capabilities, enabling it to support clients across multiple territories and risk classes without geographic restrictions.
James Early joined as managing director on 9 February to lead the long-term strategy and development of the new division. He moved from Miller Insurance Services, where he spent 18 years building an international A&H portfolio and cross-class relationships.
Early said he had been “delighted to become part of such a highly respected and ambitious organisation” and believed the broker provided a platform to achieve its aims.

Ian Gormley, UK chief executive at BMS Group, said the appointments would play an important role in sustaining the firm’s recent momentum.
