’It is a powerful example of how our platform is unlocking new possibilities to better serve our customers,’ says chief commercial officer
Esure has launched an all-in-one app designed to digitise policy management and reduce the everyday admin burden for motorists.
The new tool, launched in partnership with fintech platform Caura, enables customers to manage Esure motor and home insurance policies via a single app.
It also includes MOT tracking, city charge payments, vehicle tax management and airport parking booking.
The app is available on iOS and Android and has been made available to all Esure customers.
Esure, which recently agreed a deal to be acquired by Ageas, said early uptake had been strong, with further features in development, including EV charging and fuel price comparisons.
Peter Martin-Simon, chief commercial officer at Esure, said: “The launch of our all-in-one insurance app is a major milestone in Esure’s digital transformation journey.
”It is a powerful example of how our platform is unlocking new possibilities to better serve our customers.”
Uptake
Esure built the app with Caura in four months.
