Insurance replacement vehicle provider rebrands

Insurance replacement vehicle provider Auxillis has officially rebranded to Northgate Insurance Services.

In March 2026, Northgate announced it was consolidating its portfolio of businesses into Northgate Mobility, with Auxillis among firms to have its name changed.

The rebrand, which has gone ahead today (2 July 2026), brings the business under the Northgate brand and aims to create a clearer and more unified proposition.

“Northgate Insurance Services will benefit from greater alignment within the wider group, enabling a more connected and efficient operating model,” a statement said.

“Customers and partners gain access to a broader vehicle replacement fleet and enhanced mobility support, helping vehicles reach customers more quickly while reducing delivery miles.”

‘Natural next step’

Over the next 12 months, Northgate Insurance Services will also accelerate digital adoption, improve operational efficiency and leverage advanced technologies.

“We have built a strong reputation over more than 30 years for supporting customers through the claims journey and keeping them mobile when it matters most,” said Mel Bebbington, managing director at Northgate Insurance Services.

“Rebranding Auxillis as Northgate Insurance Services within Northgate Mobility is a natural next step that better aligns our capabilities, strengthens our partnerships and enables us to continue delivering exceptional service.
