’These acquisitions represent another exciting step forward for Jensten Group,’ says chief executive

Jensten Group has kicked off its 2026 M&A activity with three new acquisitions.

The firm said it had struck deals for Broker One, Coversure Dudley and Mediprotect Healthcare.

Broker One is a commercial broker based in Larbert, Scotland. The acquisition marks Jensten Group’s entry into the Scottish market, adding a team of eight professionals, a Glasgow office and a new client base.

Coversure Dudley, meanwhile, primarily supports commercial clients with a strong focus on fleet and truck insurance. Wayne Saunders and Dale Cole have run the business for 22 years.

Finally, Mediprotect Healthcare is owned and led by Jon Legge, an experienced specialist in private medical insurance. Jensten Group said the deal ”presents a valuable opportunity to expand Jensten’s Employee Benefits division with Legge”.

Both Coversure Dudley and Mediprotect Healthcare will rebrand to Jensten Insurance Brokers upon completion.

‘Exciting step’

These deals follow Jensten Group’s acquisition of Northern Counties in November 2025, which further expanded the firm’s regional footprint and the completion of which remains subject to FCA approval.

Following these latest acquisitions, Jensten Group now operates across over 50 offices with more than 1,000 employees.

Rob Organ, group chief executive at Jensten Group, said: “These acquisitions represent another exciting step forward for Jensten Group.

”Broker One strengthens our presence in Scotland, while Coversure Dudley and Mediprotect Healthcare bring exceptional expertise in their respective markets.

”Each of these businesses share our commitment to delivering outstanding client service and we look forward to working together to drive growth and create new opportunities for our clients and teams.”
