’She will make a significant difference and help us to really establish ourselves as a mature competitor in the market,’ says group chief executive
Jensten Group has appointed Geo Underwriting boss Jaime Swindle as its new chief executive for product and distribution.

In her new role, Swindle will lead schemes and affinity businesses, as well as Jensten Underwriting, with a focus on strengthening alignment between product development, underwriting capability and distribution strategy.
A date for her arrival is still to be confirmed. However, the move completes the group’s strategic restructure and changes to its executive team, which were announced last week (20 April 2026).
Among other changes include Gareth Birch taking up the new role of chief executive for broking on 1 May 2026.
Swindle said: “I’m delighted to be joining Jensten Group at such a pivotal moment in the company’s journey. With Bain Capital’s backing and a strong platform already in place, the ingredients for something truly special are here.
”I look forward to working with the talented team to build on the impressive progress made to date and unlock the full potential of what this business can become. The next chapter is an exciting one, and a great one to be part of.”

Before this, she served as managing director of networks and products at Bravo Group.
Robert Organ, group chief executive at Jensten, said: ”I couldn’t be more delighted to be welcoming Swindle into the business.
”She will make a significant difference and help us to really establish ourselves as a mature competitor in the market. Having brought Bain on board at the end of 2025, had David [McMillan] and Andy [Homer] join our group board at the start of the year and Birch join us to lead our broking division earlier this month, we are now incredibly well positioned to seize the opportunities the market presents us.”
