Royal & SunAlliance (R&SA) has chosen Saba, a provider of Human Capital Development and Management (HCDM) solutions, to provide learning solutions to its 50,000 employees worldwide.

R&SA will soon begin rolling out the solutions. These include an internet-based learning management system (Saba Learning Enterprise Edition), a learning content management system (Saba Content), a content publisher for authoring and assembling learning content (Saba Publisher) and a virtual classroom product enabling learning (Saba Live!).

These solutions will be implemented over six weeks using the Saba Rapid Deployment Package.

R&SA e-learning practice leader Andy Wooler explained:
