Arthur J Gallagher (UK) has appointed two non-executive directors, Mike Cooper-Mitchell and Terry O'Neill, to the broker's UK board.
Cooper-Mitchell will chair the Arthur J Gallagher (UK) audit committee and O'Neill will chair the risk and compliance committee.
Gallagher said the appointment of the non-executive directors underpins future growth plans of both Gallagher Global Risks and Gallagher Re, the trading divisions of Arthur J Gallagher (UK).
