AXA said it has revised its online training programme, AXA Campus, which it said was now better able to meet broker’s training and development needs and provide compliance assistance.

It said the AXA Campus database now contained more than 300 learning programmes.

It includes the ‘ed Access’ function, where broker compliance and training managers will be able to use the assessment programme to demonstrate training and competency to the FSA, said AXA.

Head of broker development, Colin Calder, said: “This is clear demonstration of the support AXA provides to our key business partners.

“By using AXA Campus, brokers can plan, direct and monitor all training and competence within their organisation. Brokers can use AXA Campus to demonstrate a clear record of competence to the regulator and clients.
