Loss Adjusters Maxson Young Associates and McLarens International Group have completed their financial merger under newly formed holding company McLarens Young International.
The announcement completes the merger which began on 1 August 2003 when the new company name was adopted.
McLarens Young said it was the only global loss adjusting company to be owned by its employees.
It said the merged company was better positioned to deliver loss adjusting and claims management services to the international market.
