‘Becoming Everywhen symbolises the unifying of our people with a single brand, vision and purpose,’ says chief executive
Towergate Employee Benefits has now rebranded to Everywhen.

Parent company Ardonagh Advisory changed its name to Everywhen in May 2025 and rolled out the name across its general insurance businesses throughout the year.
Towergate Employee Benefits said that as of 5 January 2026, the new name is being rolled out across all its assets, with a new website and access to more support in one place.
Chief executive of health and employee benefits Iain Laws said the move brought its employee benefits expertise closer to the broader capabilities within the group.
“Becoming Everywhen symbolises the unifying of our people with a single brand, vision and purpose,” Laws said.
“We have always stood together with our customers and clients, now we are able to stand together with the other experts within the business too, bringing everything under one umbrella and creating easy access to great expertise and support.”
‘Everybody benefits’
The firm said it would continue to work with businesses of all sizes, from startups and small and medium-sized enterprises to large corporates.

The firm added that it was investing in digital platforms and apps to help employers link people strategy with business goals, identify risks earlier and manage them more effectively, while ensuring regulatory compliance and value for money.
“Our clients will be supported by the same people, with the same experience, expertise and professionalism, just under a new name,” Laws said. “Becoming Everywhen means everybody benefits.”
