Chief executive and director of Quanta Capital, Tobey Russ, has resigned from the Bermuda reinsurer.
The company announced that Russ, a co-founder of the company, will be replaced by board director Robert Lipincott III.
It added that Jonathan Dodd had now been appointed as permanent chief finance officer to the group.
