Swiss Re to move into 'gherkin' building next Monday

The first wave of staff is due to move into Swiss Re's `gherkin' building in the City, London on Monday 15 December.

Swiss Re will occupy 14 floors of the new London landmark, a glass, cigar-shaped tower block, and rent out the remaining office space to other companies.

The building recently faced difficulties with cracked panels of glass.
