Michelle Ruff has been appointed commercial manager for non-motor products at THB Risk Solutions.
Ruff has a wealth of experience in the insurance industry, having previously worked for RBS Insurance, Churchill and AMP Pearl.
In her new role, she will be responsible for managing four key products — PropertyUK, Motor Trade UK, Encompass and the new ConstructionUK.
Andy Hawkes, THB's managing director, commented: “We are delighted to have Michelle on board. Her 22 years' experience in the industry covers compliance, sales, marketing, systems and management, and so she will be a huge asset to us. Her input on product development and broker support initiatives will undoubtedly bring about great benefits to our panel of intermediaries.”
