Lockton has established a new Technology & Media Risks Practice.

The broker has appointed former JLT partner Emily Freeman to head the practice, which will focus on:

• Professional liability
• First party network protection
• Cyber extortion
• Cyber crime
• Cyber liability
• Intellectual property infringement.

Malcolm Randles, Helen McQuillen and James Marshall will work in the new practice.
