Key Choice, CSC's marketing arm, has taken 150 new members following changes to its services in the final quarter of 1999.

The marketing group claims that an increasingly diverse product portfolio and a commitment to full-cycle business and web-based initiatives have accounted for the increase.

Key Choice has also recruited a new insurer to its panel.

Congregational and General will launch a new household scheme to Key Choice members early this year. More insurers are expected to join soon.

Key Choice managing director Nick Bate said: "The increase in membership is a testament to our decision to restructure, and the confidence that members have in Key Choice."

The move is a positive start to the year for the marketing group. Last year it announced that it was culling some broker members and also lost CGU as a motor insurer.
